You own 100% of the code
Once an invoice is paid, all source code, Figma files, and architecture belong entirely to you. No royalties or lock-ins.
Mutual NDA by default
Your business logic, APIs, and roadmap stay private. We sign a mutual NDA before touching your codebase.
Zero hourly drift
Fixed-scope 3–5 week sprints with clear acceptance criteria. No open-ended hourly billing or surprise invoices.
30-day hypercare
Every build includes 30 days of free bug-fixing and deployment support post-launch. If our code breaks, we fix it fast.
1. How We Partner
When you hire Arkevo, you hire senior product engineers to solve bottlenecks and ship production software. We scope your project honestly, commit to a 3–5 week sprint timeline, and ship working code directly into your cloud accounts. You pay the agreed price, and once settled, every line of code is yours.
2. Intellectual Property (You Own It)
We operate strictly on a work-for-hire model. Upon settlement of sprint invoices, 100% of all custom software, Figma files, API schemas, and documentation are transferred to your company. Arkevo holds no equity, claims no royalties, and builds no proprietary lock-in. Open-source libraries used (e.g. React, Next.js, Flutter) remain under their standard licenses (MIT/Apache).
3. Mutual Non-Disclosure
We treat your product ideas, customer lists, and internal workflows with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign our bilateral NDA or your legal team's standard agreement before looking at your repositories or internal docs.
4. How We Bill & Invoicing Rails
All projects are quoted in USD with a fixed milestone schedule: typically 50% upfront to reserve the sprint, and 50% upon final acceptance and deployment. We support international wire transfers (SWIFT), Wise Business, Payoneer, and card payments via Stripe.
If your requirements change mid-sprint, we pause, discuss the trade-offs, and agree on the scope adjustment before writing new code. You will never receive an unapproved bill.
5. 30-Day Launch Warranty
Shipping is not the end of our relationship. Every project comes with 30 calendar days of post-launch hypercare. If any bug or issue surfaces that was part of the agreed scope, we patch it promptly at zero cost to you.
