1. Overview

Arkevo is a software engineering studio. We do not run advertising networks, sell data to brokers, or track visitors across the web. Information shared with us through inquiries or project scopes is used solely to evaluate technical requirements, communicate with your team, and build your software.

2. What We Collect

• Contact Inquiries: When you reach out via our contact drawer or email, we collect your name, email, company, and whatever project notes you share.
• Project Credentials: During an active sprint, you might share repository access, API keys, or staging credentials. These are strictly used by our engineering team to ship your deliverables and are purged once the handoff is complete.
• Basic Telemetry: We collect aggregate, privacy-friendly site metrics (like page views and country) to see if our site works properly. We do not use invasive tracking pixels or cross-site advertising cookies.

3. Where Your Code & Data Live

We believe in client infrastructure sovereignty. We deploy custom software directly into your accounts (AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, Supabase, GitHub). Your production databases, customer records, and code stay in your environment, governed by your company under your local laws.

4. Tools We Use

To run the studio and build software, we use industry-standard tools:

• Google Workspace for business email and calendar
• Slack and Linear for daily sprint communication
• Wise, Payoneer, and Stripe for USD commercial invoicing
• Vercel for website hosting and global edge delivery

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Whether you are based in the US, Europe (GDPR), the UK, India, or elsewhere, you can ask us anytime to see what information we have on file, or request that we delete all your project correspondence.
